- Weekly Service - $100 per month
A member of our staff will visit your home or condo once a week and perform a standard check, detailed below.
- Bi-weekly Service - $65 per month
Instead of 4 times a month, we'll check your property twice a month, every other week. Standard check performed each visit.
- Monthly Service - $45 per month
One visit per month, standard check performed.
- Standard Service Check - Performed with any service plan
All of our packages include a visual check of every room on the premises; windows, doors and locks; sinks, tubs and showers for leaks or moisture; air conditioning system check and maintenance; humidistat check and maintenance; hot water heater check; smoke detector testing; circuit breaker check; lights and replacement of bulbs; security system check; pool check; lawn inspection; exterior check; auto & boat inspection; dock inspection; patio & lanai check; interior plant care; coordination of lawn, pool, and pest service
- Opening & Closing of Unit - $30
- General Repairs - $40/hr; $20 minimum
- Arrangement and Supervision of Service and Repair Calls - $20
- Hurricane Prep - per case basis
- Vehicle & Boat Operation - $30 (half-hour of operation)
- Appliance Cycling - $40 (all appliances)
- Airport Transportation (Ft Myers) - $50, each way, clients only (guests extra)
- Airport Transportation (Miami/Ft Lauderdale) - $100, each way, clients only (guests extra)
