No-risk Service
When you choose us to manage your vacation home rentals and bookings, there's literally no risk to you. We take a percentage off each booking of your rental, making it free to begin using our services. The only time we send you a bill is when your home needs a neccessary repair or if you choose to utilize one of our quality additional services. And instead of the standard 20% referral fee implemented by most management companies, we only ask for 15%. If you give us the lead, we only ask for 8%, compared to 15%.

    We will create a unique webpage for your rental on this site, as well as list your home on the three most popular 3rd-party vacation rental sites, used by travellers worldwide. We also implement post-rental communication methods to maximize the potential for repeat-rentals.
  • First-class Hospitality
    With luxury-resort experienced staff, we know what travellers want from their rentals. We stock your rental with top-of-the-line soaps and shampoo, making your guests feel appreciated rather than just a number. We also offer your guests several ancillary options during their stay, such as airport shuttle service, luggage assistance at check-in and check-out, grocery stocking, dining and spa reservation arrangements, and babysitting arrangements.
  • Check-In, Check-Out
    We will personally meet your renters at your property to hand thm the keys and show them around the unit, as well as answer any questions they may have. We will also help guests with their luggage, adding a personal touch to their experience, increasing return-renter potential.
  • In-house Cleaning & Maintenance Staff
    Instead of outsourcing these tasks to companies that charge high rates and aren't familiar with your property, our staff will perform check-out cleanings as well as general maintenance repairs.
  • Property Inventory Records
    We make sure items in your rental don't dissappear, or if they do, you are reimbursed. Several management companies don't provide this service and it often leaves the owner frustrated when they check-in to their own vacation home, only to find items missing.
