Our maintenance staff includes individuals with exoerience in rental property maintenance, as well as lodging maintenance, giving you a two-sided approach to taking care of your investment. We know how to handle the demands of travelers at any given moment, as well as routine inspection and maintenance of major household neccessities. We keep your guests happy during their stay should a repair be neccessary, and we also take care of your home or condo to help you avoid costly repairs.

In addition to the service packages we offer, the following maintenance services are available:

• Monthly Walk-through - $45
  When your home or condo hasn't been rented for a while, we'll stop by to make sure everything's running and nothing's wrong. We alos offer more frequent visits at discounted rates.

• General Repairs - $40/hr; $20 minimum
  

• End-of-Season Deep Clean - per case basis
  Interior & exterior windows; power washing; pool draining & scrubbing; floor waxing; painting; special requests

• Pool, Lawn & Pest Maintenance Coordination
  We work with a network of local vendors to ensure you get the best service possible at the best rates. This service arrangement is included with any of our packages.
