We work with a network of service providers offering quality and economical solutions to routine maintenance, but make no requirements in regards to this. You are free to use any service you choose, but we can arrange for these services if you would like.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we work under a service agreement detailing our relationship and services, which can be terminated at any time by either party

We offer all types of homeowner services, detailed in our Owners section of this website. We can also customize a plan for your specific needs.

How do I know my home is getting TLC while I am away?
We will send you a detailed inspection report after every inspection via e-mail or U.S. Postal Service, and contact you by phone if there is a problem needing your immediate attention.

If my home needs a repair while I am away, will you handle it?
If it is a general repair, our in-house maintenance staff will notify you and perform the repair at the rate you have agreed to. If it is a major repair requiring the expertise of a specialist, we will notify you, arrange for a diagnosis assesment, confirm your approval, then oversee the repair.

Will you secure my in the event of a hurricane?
Yes, we have a hurricane preparedness program for an additional charge.

Why should I hire a service to watch my investment rather than a friend or family member?
If you need to file an insurance claim, our detailed documentation will confirm that your home is under professional care “WHILE YOU ARE AWAY”. When not watched by a Professional, your investment property could be considered vacant, and your claim denied.
